METHODOLOGY OF EXPERIENCE MARKETING (BIM 11)

The methodology covers the implementation of systems that allow tourists and visitors of museums and exhibitions to get as a souvenir three-dimensional objects that reproduce one or some of items that have been of greatest interest during the process of visit.
Purpose of the system is to enrich user experience of historical interest places exploiting possibilities of eye tracking technology, processing of three-dimensional models and rapid prototyping.The system is mainly used in Cultural Heritage and Tourism sectors, but there are possible applications in alternative sectors such as exhibits, logistics and distribution.
